Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - April 6, 2015 - emsCharts, Inc. announces that they have secured several key personnel as they further solidify their future as the premier software provider for Emergency Medical Services. Most notably, Pete Goutmann is retained as President/Chief Technology Officer of emsCharts, Inc.

Following the September 19, 2014 announcement that emsCharts has settled a lengthy litigation process, emsCharts retained their entire staff including key individuals such as Director of Software Development, Adam Mihlfried, Director of Business Development, Lindsey Kelley, and Database Administrator, Alan Karelitz. Pete Goutmann, the founder and principal architect of the emsCharts system, was originally retained as a contract employee as part of the settlement agreement. Goutmann has now fully recommitted, indefinitely, as the President and Chief Technology Officer of emsCharts, Inc.

"I am pleased to remain at emsCharts as President and Chief Technology Officer, focused on product development and superior Customer Service," says Goutmann. "We have a high-caliber group of individuals here at emsCharts. I'm extremely excited about the future and thrilled that we were able to keep our team together."

Another high-profile staffing announcement is the return of Greg Howard as Director of Sales at emsCharts. Mr. Howard departed emsCharts in June 2014 for a position elsewhere in the industry, returning to emsCharts 9 months later. "I am glad to rejoin emsCharts with a continued focus on sales," says Howard. "I was with emsCharts previously for close to 15 years, and am glad to be back with the team, focused on the future." Goutmann says of Howard, "Greg's return is a testament to our company's strength and resilience. Greg is a key component of our team and we're happy to have him back."

In addition to Goutmann and Howard, emsCharts has added four new full-time personnel since September. John Novogurski has returned to emsCharts as Software Developer; Stephen Norcup has joined emsCharts as Customer Support Specialist; Deborah Barger has joined emsCharts as Sales/Contract Administrator; Alan Gerber has joined emsCharts as Senior Software Engineer.
