Peter Goutmann Accepts Role as President at emsCharts, Inc.
John Massie transitions to CEO

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, – January 1, 2012 – emsCharts, Inc. announced today that Peter Goutmann has accepted a new position as President of the emergency medical services software development company.

Goutmann, formerly the Vice President at emsCharts, is the original architect, developer, and founder of the emsCharts suite of products. Through his IT background and experience as a trained Paramedic and Firefighter, he recognized the need for an easy to use, clinically based, web and field data collection system. In 1996, Mr. Goutmann developed the first version of the product that is now known as emsCharts. He has hands-on experience in supporting the design, development, customization and implementation of emsCharts. In the emergency medical industry, Pete has held positions as a paramedic, dispatcher, and flight medic with over 20 years of experience in urban, rural, and air medical settings. 

Mr. John Massie, the former President at emsCharts, Inc., has accepted a new role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the company.
