"How Do You
Know?" - Transition from
Traditional to High Performance EMS: Evolution, Reinvention, and
Decision Making
In 2006, one simple question literally stopped
an entire organization in its tracks, and in one of those elusive,
defining "ah ha" moments began an incredible process of pulling a
very good and well respected EMS system toward becoming a "great"
one. The journey's story is about discovery, transformation,
and innovation. But it isn't about what you may think... and
it isn't over yet. Come see if you can catch the
organizational "head fake"!

Managing Chart Accuracy - Brand New
Session!
This session includes so much useful content
that we couldn't possibly fit it into a breakout session. In
this 1.5 hour General Session on Day 2, attendees will first be
introduced to using Data Validation to "prevent mistakes". The
discussion will then go over how and when to use Addendums versus
Demoting a Chart. Moving into Quality Assurance, we'll go over
Peer-to-Peer Reviews and Base Reviews. We'll also fit in some
discussion about Special Reports, using calculations in validating a
call, NEMSIS completion, Activity Audits, and helping your billers
to get complete Billing Summaries. Phew!
