emsCharts Emergency Medical Management Software Now Offering Computer Aided Dispatch

emsCharts offers Softtech LLC’s Flight Vector™ CAD program among their expanding suite of pre-hospital data products

WEST MIFFLIN, Penn. – October 21, 2005 – emsCharts staff today announced the establishment of a strategic partnership with Softtech, LLC to be an official reseller of their innovative Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) program – Flight Vector™.  This partnership allows emsCharts to combine their existing product line with Softtech’s CAD technology, enabling them to deliver a complete pre-hospital data solution for Emergency Medical Services. 

Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) programs for public safety assist telecommunicators in receiving transport requests, allocating appropriate resources for specific mission profiles, and tracking those resources through the entire mission.  Flight Vector was created with the assistance of pilots and communicators to fully integrate and visually display live data for flight dispatch from the perspective of the Communications Center and Flight Crews.  Flight Vector integrates with the emsCharts web-based EMS management application, providing a seamless transition from CAD to medical reports to billing through a user-friendly web interface.
