Inc. Hires Janice Nagel as Support
Specialist
Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania – September 2, 2010 – emsCharts, Inc. has hired Janice
Nagel as Support Specialist for their line of Emergency Medical
Services software.
Janice specializes
in computer hardware and software support and has been working in
the information technology field since 2004 when she began her
career as a computer support technician. Having recently attended
several technology courses from Network Appliance and Microsoft,
Janice continues to broaden her depth of computer knowledge. Ms.
Nagel originally hails from Chicago and most recently worked as a
Support Analyst for Superpages in Coppell, TX.
“Janice joins us as
a seasoned support specialist, with years of experience in technical
environments from various industries,” says emsCharts President John
Massie of Nagel. “She has previously worked in customer service
call centers and we are enthusiastic about the knowledge that she
will bring as the newest addition to our support team.” emsCharts
