emsCharts, Inc. Hires David DiDesiderio as Quality Assurance Specialist  

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - November 21, 2013 - emsCharts, Inc. announces the hiring of David DiDesiderio as Quality Assurance Specialist for their line of Emergency Medical Services software.

David has been involved in the EMS industry for over 13 years. He began his career in 2001 as an EMT at Noga Ambulance Service in New Castle, PA. David held the title of Director of Sales and Marketing for Noga Ambulance for 8 years before joining emsCharts, Inc. In his most recent position at Noga, David participated in various regional and statewide EMS events, including Medicare Billing Conferences and National EMS Memorial Foundation events. He has also served as the Deputy Public Information Officer for the Lawrence County Department of Public Safety since 2008 and participated in training at FEMA's Center for Domestic Preparedness in Anniston, Alabama.

As Quality Assurance Specialist, DiDesiderio will work in tandem with the emsCharts development team to prepare product releases for production.  He will complete thorough testing of software projects to make sure they are performing as expected from both technical and consumer friendly design aspect.

"Much of his role will focus on proper functionality for our EMS clients," says emsCharts President Pete Goutmann of DiDesiderio in his new position.  "David's experience as an EMS provider who has used emsCharts will allow a more customer-centric approach to product testing.  Not only will he identify what works and what does not, he will be able to provide feedback on what works best for our customers."  DiDesiderio will also operate closely with the emsCharts technical and support staff to assist with advanced emsCharts software topics in addition to basic support.

David earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations from Westminster College, in New Wilmington, PA.
